Background

- We Techs, as a strategic partner in the search of potential integrations of Technology into the resolution of current problems, has taken on the challenge to implement a data monitoring and visualization system to support real time management and supervision of these processes as well as the data analysis for decision making.
Challenge
Propose a solution that would enable the provision of real time information about the thermal operation to control the efficiency of energy production.
Specifically:
- Efficiently integrate the information/data generated by the equipment in the thermal operation and the biogas plant.
- A tool that provides real time information to manage and control the efficiency of energy production and the management of liquid industrial waste.

A We product, which can integrate equipment data efficiently and at a low cost, is designed and installed. A monitoring platform that enables real time control of the efficiency of energy production and the management of liquid industrial waste is made available.
- Design and installation of a We product that accomplishes plant data integration in a more efficient and cost-effective manner than the existing solution. This solution enables remote access to the configuration of equipment without the physical presence of the technical personnel.
- Single platform for the monitoring of operational parameters and the efficiency of the thermal solution and the production of the biogas plant. Additionally, it includes a real time alarm system that enables the timely identification of anomalies and system failures.
- Generation of historical quantity and quality data, available in a platform that performs data analysis and creates trend visualizations.

2 Having a single monitoring platform for comprehensive visibility of the thermal operation, supported by the biogas process. Additionally, the platform provides an operational alarm system to identify in real time any possible failures that could take place in the systems.
3 Real time calculation and visualization of the operational parameters of the thermal operation, enabling timely adjustments in the case of significant variations in the calculation or system anomalies.
4 Availing information to support the operational and strategic decision-making process of the Company aimed at securing the short- and medium-term service continuity for their end customers.
